People, Plants & Place Network terms

Plain-language terms for applying to, accessing, and using the network.

Purpose

The People, Plants & Place Network supports careful introductions between organizations and Network members. It is not an employment agency, open marketplace, or guarantee of work.

Applications and access

Membership applications are reviewed before access is provided. Joining the Network does not automatically publish a profile or provide access to a project. Profile publication and project access require separate choices and confirmation.

Projects

Members decide whether to respond to a private project invitation. Organizations and professionals are responsible for confirming scope, fees, insurance, qualifications, legal requirements, and written agreements before work begins.

Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect private access, respect confidentiality, and avoid misleading claims, harassment, discrimination, or unauthorized use of another person’s work.

This policy is provided for practical transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel as the service grows.
