These standards explain how membership, credentials, project introductions, and professional responsibilities are handled. Routine profile updates, photos, logos, posts, and comments do not require advance approval.
Credentials
Membership applications are reviewed before access. Credentials are shown as self-reported unless they are separately verified. Members must describe qualifications accurately and stay within their competence.
Professional roles
Introductions do not blur responsibilities. Clinical, design, construction, research, and other regulated work stays with appropriately qualified people.
Project confidentiality
Projects are handled privately and shared only with relevant Network members who need the information.
Conflicts of interest
Personal, financial, organizational, or professional conflicts must be disclosed and managed openly.
Corrections and complaints
People may request a correction or report a concern. Complaints are handled fairly, documented, and answered as appropriate.
Use of AI
AI may assist with drafting, organization, or search, but it does not make final membership, matching, clinical, or professional decisions. Sensitive information should not be entered into unapproved tools.
