Network code of conduct

The network depends on respectful behaviour, honest representation, privacy, and clear professional boundaries.

Respect

Treat organizations, participants, and fellow professionals with respect. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and exploitative conduct are not accepted.

Honesty

Describe qualifications, experience, availability, and limits accurately. Do not imply endorsements, credentials, results, or clinical authority that have not been verified.

Privacy

Protect private project, participant, and organizational information. Share it only with permission and only when needed for the work.

Safety and professional boundaries

Work within your competence and role. Clinical, legal, design, construction, safeguarding, and other regulated responsibilities must remain with appropriately qualified professionals.

This policy is provided for practical transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel as the service grows.
